We also offer customization options if you require a specific size or finish not listed. Prior to placing an order, please contact us with your desired specifications, and we will provide you with a quotation. Custom orders may incur additional costs due to the extra time required for production.

The base of our bar tables features a raw steel frame made of 50x50mm metal box section, which is left unpainted and unprotected. Over time, this frame may develop a natural rust patina. Alternatively, we offer black powder coating for the base. Please contact us before placing your order if you prefer the black powder-coated finish, or you can add the powder coating option to your basket.

We recommend consulting a local DIY professional if you wish to make any changes to your order, such as disassembling the table or bench, to ensure it is done properly.

As solid wood is a natural material, it undergoes natural aging processes, which may include knots, color variations, and cracks. These characteristics add charm and character to the item without affecting its functionality.

Please note that colors in pictures are for guidance only and may appear different due to lighting and screen brightness.

If you want to ensure that our table or bench matches your home decor or existing furniture, you can purchase a small wood sample from us. This allows you to compare our finish with your furniture and make an informed decision before placing an order. Please be aware that samples are non-returnable.

Delivery

• For small items: Please anticipate a lead time of 1-2 days.
• For tables and custom orders: The expected lead time is 2-3 weeks.

In the case of bespoke items, the lead time may vary. We will furnish you with a specific timeline upon confirmation of your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days, applicable only for mainland UK.

Cancellation/Returns
Furniture that is bespoke made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 48h of placing your order via the website, telephone or in store.
If you wish to exercise this right please email sales@rusticland.co.uk call us within the specified time frame.
After the 48h cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods.

Deliveries are made to the front door of your property. Any changes from this standard must be arranged in advance. While our drivers are keen to assist, please note that if they need to enter your home, we cannot be held responsible for any incidental damages to your property.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the front door is of a sufficient size for the item to pass through.

Should the furniture not fit through the door, and the customer wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for a return cost of £60. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Our drivers are generally more than willing to help you place the item inside your home, provided it does not pose a risk to their well-being or to the safety of your property. Kindly understand that all final delivery decisions are at the discretion of the driver.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.
