PRODUCT DETAILS: Table:

• Top: Crafted from a sturdy 40mm thick wax pine wood, providing a charming and robust surface for your needs.
• Height: 110cm
• Length: 66cm
• Width: 66cm The wood is skillfully finished with a high-quality stain and clear coating, enhancing its natural beauty while offering protection. The main picture showcases the captivating Dark Oak color.

Base:

• The base is expertly crafted from a raw steel frame made of a 100mm wide and 6mm thick flat bar, providing a solid foundation for the table. Please note that the base is left unpainted and unprotected, allowing it to develop a natural rust patina over time. However, for an additional cost, a black powder coating option is available for the base. Please refer to the "CUSTOM ORDERS" section below.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We understand the desire for customization, and we are pleased to offer options to personalize the colors and sizes of our units. To discuss any customizations, kindly contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that changes to orders after they have been placed will not be accepted. Custom orders may incur a higher price and longer delivery time, as we prioritize delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Delivery

• For small items: Please anticipate a lead time of 1-2 days.
• For tables and custom orders: The expected lead time is 2-3 weeks.

In the case of bespoke items, the lead time may vary. We will furnish you with a specific timeline upon confirmation of your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days, applicable only for mainland UK.

Cancellation/Returns
Furniture that is bespoke made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 48h of placing your order via the website, telephone or in store.
If you wish to exercise this right please email sales@rusticland.co.uk call us within the specified time frame.
After the 48h cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods.

Deliveries are made to the front door of your property. Any changes from this standard must be arranged in advance. While our drivers are keen to assist, please note that if they need to enter your home, we cannot be held responsible for any incidental damages to your property.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the front door is of a sufficient size for the item to pass through.

Should the furniture not fit through the door, and the customer wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for a return cost of £60. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Our drivers are generally more than willing to help you place the item inside your home, provided it does not pose a risk to their well-being or to the safety of your property. Kindly understand that all final delivery decisions are at the discretion of the driver.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.
