Welcome to RUSTICLAND, where we handcraft unique furniture in our workshop located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

PRODUCT DETAILS: Each piece of furniture we create is unique, as we use individual wood with its own distinct character, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly the same.

Top: The table features a solid full stave top, measuring 40mm thick. This provides a substantial and high-quality surface for your dining experience.

Wood Finish: To highlight the natural beauty of the oak wood, we apply a rich Oak Wood Oil finish. This enhances the grain patterns and provides protection for long-lasting beauty.

Base Finish: The base is crafted from 10x10cm massive box section steel, ensuring stability and durability. The default base finish is Anthracite, but we can customize it to suit your preferences.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We offer customization options for colors and sizes to meet your specific requirements. If you need any customization, please contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that custom orders may have a longer delivery time and additional costs.

Delivery

• For small items: Please anticipate a lead time of 1-2 days.
• For tables and custom orders: The expected lead time is 2-3 weeks.

In the case of bespoke items, the lead time may vary. We will furnish you with a specific timeline upon confirmation of your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days, applicable only for mainland UK.

Cancellation/Returns
Furniture that is bespoke made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 48h of placing your order via the website, telephone or in store.
If you wish to exercise this right please email sales@rusticland.co.uk call us within the specified time frame.
After the 48h cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods.

Deliveries are made to the front door of your property. Any changes from this standard must be arranged in advance. While our drivers are keen to assist, please note that if they need to enter your home, we cannot be held responsible for any incidental damages to your property.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the front door is of a sufficient size for the item to pass through.

Should the furniture not fit through the door, and the customer wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for a return cost of £60. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Our drivers are generally more than willing to help you place the item inside your home, provided it does not pose a risk to their well-being or to the safety of your property. Kindly understand that all final delivery decisions are at the discretion of the driver.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.
