Our tables are handmade from solid oak wood in our workshop in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

All tables come fully assembled. You will not have to worry about assembling the top to the metal frame - you order and receive a product that is ready to use!

What can you expect from solid wood?
Solid wood is a living, breathing material. It ages over time just like any natural material. Natural solid wood has characteristics which include knots and colour differences. Natural character includes cracks within the wood, knots, etc. However, that will not affect the usage of the item and definitely adds charm and character.

NOTE: Colours in pictures are for guidance only. They may differ from what you see in pictures. It all depends on the lighting, brightness of your screen, etc.
If you want to make sure that our table/bench will match your home decor or other furniture, you can purchase a small wood sample from us. You will be able to compare our finish with your furniture and decide whether or not you want to place an order for a table/bench in that finish.
Please note, however, that samples are non-returnable.

We recommend keeping this table/bench inside. We cannot guarantee solid wood would handle weather conditions well.
For any customisation please contact us *PRIOR* to placing your order. Changes after the order is placed will not be accepted.

DELIVERY:
Our furniture is usually dispatched within 3 weeks. Custom orders might take some more time to produce so the delivery time can be a bit longer.
We use a carrier company 2 man delivery. They will contact you prior to delivery either via text or e-mail to set a delivery date and perhaps get some more details if they need them.
IMPORTANT: check the condition of the delivered product when the driver is still around. Inform the driver if there is any damage on the item that was done in transit.

We ship to UK MAINLAND ONLY!

Delivery

• For small items: Please anticipate a lead time of 1-2 days.
• For tables and custom orders: The expected lead time is 2-3 weeks.

In the case of bespoke items, the lead time may vary. We will furnish you with a specific timeline upon confirmation of your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days, applicable only for mainland UK.

Cancellation/Returns
Furniture that is bespoke made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 48h of placing your order via the website, telephone or in store.
If you wish to exercise this right please email sales@rusticland.co.uk call us within the specified time frame.
After the 48h cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods.

Deliveries are made to the front door of your property. Any changes from this standard must be arranged in advance. While our drivers are keen to assist, please note that if they need to enter your home, we cannot be held responsible for any incidental damages to your property.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the front door is of a sufficient size for the item to pass through.

Should the furniture not fit through the door, and the customer wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for a return cost of £60. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Our drivers are generally more than willing to help you place the item inside your home, provided it does not pose a risk to their well-being or to the safety of your property. Kindly understand that all final delivery decisions are at the discretion of the driver.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.
