Introducing our handcrafted and unique table and bench set, created with care in our Rotherham workshop, South Yorkshire. Each piece is made with distinct wood, ensuring that no two units are alike.

PRODUCT DETAILS: Table:

• Top: Crafted from 36mm thick wood, stained in a rich Tudor Oak finish and clear coated for added protection.
• Height: 77cm
• Width: 88cm
• Wood Finish: Our high-quality stain with a clear coating enhances the natural beauty of the wood, providing an elegant and durable finish.
• Base Finish: The table's base is constructed with a raw Steel frame, made from 50x25mm or 60x20mm metal box section. Please note that the frame is unpainted and unprotected, allowing it to develop a natural patina over time. Black powder coating is also available as a custom order option for an additional £50.

Bench:

• Height: 46cm
• Width: 40cm

The product shown in the picture is a 200cm long table, 80cm wide, finished in Tudor Oak. This size comfortably seats 6-8 people, making it perfect for gatherings and meals.

Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss any customizations. Please note that changes to orders cannot be accepted after they have been placed.

Delivery

• For small items: Please anticipate a lead time of 1-2 days.
• For tables and custom orders: The expected lead time is 2-3 weeks.

In the case of bespoke items, the lead time may vary. We will furnish you with a specific timeline upon confirmation of your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days, applicable only for mainland UK.

Cancellation/Returns
Furniture that is bespoke made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 48h of placing your order via the website, telephone or in store.
If you wish to exercise this right please email sales@rusticland.co.uk call us within the specified time frame.
After the 48h cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods.

Deliveries are made to the front door of your property. Any changes from this standard must be arranged in advance. While our drivers are keen to assist, please note that if they need to enter your home, we cannot be held responsible for any incidental damages to your property.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the front door is of a sufficient size for the item to pass through.

Should the furniture not fit through the door, and the customer wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for a return cost of £60. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Our drivers are generally more than willing to help you place the item inside your home, provided it does not pose a risk to their well-being or to the safety of your property. Kindly understand that all final delivery decisions are at the discretion of the driver.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are handmade to order, then thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that item has been handcrafted incorrectly, has obvious defects or arrived damaged, we will offer to replace the item free of change with the best possible lead time. Any damages or defects must be reported to us within a period of 14 days following delivery.
